Clear your browser cache before opening application questionnaires
Friday, January 12, 2024OCS has discovered a question response error that might affect you and your application, specifically, missing question response boxes. We are working to resolve the issue.
In the meantime, you need to clear your browser cache.
1. exit out of the application and the Portal
2. clear the cache of the browser you're using (Google, Safari, etc.). If you do not know how to clear cache, you can google it
3. return to the Portal and your application. You should be able to see all question response boxes.
